    If you have been to a Dermatologist they buffer there anesthetic so they can work right away. The ratio that they use is 10 to 1. The sodium bicarbonate is an 8.4 % solution. 1 cc of anesthetic to .1cc of the bicarbonate. The Dermatologists I go to mix enough for the whole day. They…

    An hour and a half...if stain and glazed...add 20 like Michael above..depends upon "surprises"...but my assistant is very quick to shift gears and all is ready before I even realize it...(laser out, carbonized, post set up kit...)

    We are coming up on our 1 yr anniversary with the E4D. Anyone else in the same time frame? How long are your appointments for a posterior crown cemented on same day?

    I do 1.5 hrs but if using Lava Ultimate I'm cleaning up in about 1hr. This is on my 4 year anaversary with the system. I started with 2hrs initaly and worked down. Dental students get 3 hrs from start to delivery.
