Hi everyone I know everyone does awesome work with E4D and NEVO, I am going to start a post on single unit anteriors and hope to take a look at all the good work done out there.
This case I used E.max B1 LT and did a bit of characterization:
Looks great. I love having the ability to stain and add stain in office.
Looks very good, I Think your design has been very succesful, so Well done
I keep putting this one up because I have never done one better, and it was my first ever one! So if anyone out there is feeling nervous, just give it a go. The worst that is going to happen is you have a really good temp and you hand off to the lab while you are getting the hang of it.

Sorry wrong post
Not truly a single anterior. Patient wanted the ugly PFM on an endo tooth replaced. Also wanted the ortho issue dealt with without appliances and correct the yellow incisal 1/3. I did a simple veneer on the 21 (#9). You can see all the prep involved was a fine score line around the perpiherly to create a finish line. Then moved everything forward with the crown and veneer with e.max LT. HT would have been fine if I was just doing the veneer, but it would have give a very low value restoration on the full crown, so choosing LT helped prevent the crown becoming too low in value, so I got a good match.
A patient presented with a fractured 22, still retained by the facial PDL. Couldn’t afford an implant. One laser closed flap crown lengthening and bonded post and 2.5hrs later, thanks to same day CAD, she walks out with the problem solved.
Closed flap laser bony crown lengthening
Completed bonded post/core
e.max LT stained and glazed
Love your color maps thanx!
Thank you for a beautiful solution and it is a very good idea to show the color map. Only thing I miss, is to know which kind block you have used. Personaly I find that the most beautiful resultats are based mostly fromthe LT’s.
Here’s a case I did on an implant. PreOP, Implant Final Crown Patient lost #9 due to IRR. A very beautiful result I think. Emax BL3 HT.
Sorry, here is the final #9 closer up.
Very nice! What kind of abutment?
OK, Charles (this is Reglado, correct?) – I CALL FOUL! If you are going to post such beautiful work, then give us some detail on how you achieved such a beautiful result! 😀
Throw us a bone!
Thanks Mike and Alex. And yes Alex, this is Regalado. This is a BL3 HT on a zirconia abutment. This was merely a case of some getting lucky as the ingot was very close to her natural color and with just some staining with orange, white speckling and some A1 to warm it up, it just turned out wonderful. Even today on recall, it looks so very natural. I did have her extracted tooth preserved so I could really hone in on the details. Not everything turns out this nice and I still cringe at single anteriors like most everyone else!
Wow beautiful results!
